As part of the "Where the heart is home" caravan, the Municipality of Karposh was visited - a municipality with new leadership and clear, ambitious plans for further development. The Minister of Local Self-Government, Zlatko Perinski, held a working meeting with Mayor Lukrovski and representatives of the Municipal Council. The meeting discussed the activities of the Resource Center for Support of Municipal Development, the opportunities it offers, as well as the current infrastructure projects being implemented in Karpos.
The Municipality of Karpos, through the AA sub-program for infrastructure projects in municipalities, received funds in a total value of 694,970,635 denars within the two public calls, intended for financing 24 projects of priority importance for citizens.
Karpos is an example of a modern urban environment with an active community, and such visits are an important opportunity, through direct communication with elected councilors, to hear the voice of citizens and jointly create sustainable solutions for local development.
