State Secrate

Vladimir Stojanovic currently serves as State Secretary at the Ministry of Local Self-Government of the Republic of North Macedonia. He was born on 22 December 1978 in Kumanovo.

Stojanovic holds a degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Law at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.

Following several years of experience in the private sector, he joined the Agency for Community Rights Realization (ACCR) within the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia in 2010, where he headed the Department for Project Management and International Cooperation.

From 2015 to 2018, he served as Executive Director of GA-MA AD Skopje.

From August 2024 to July 2026, he held the position of State Secretary at the Ministry for Inter-Community Relations.
