Minister Perinski met with H.E. Nicole Varnes, Acting Ambassador of the United States of America

Minister Perinski met with H.E. Nicole Varnes, Acting Ambassador of the United States of America, at which the joint commitment to further strengthening the strategic partnership between the two countries was confirmed.
At the meeting, the Minister highlighted the priorities of the Ministry for the coming period, with special emphasis on the established Resource Center as a systemic solution for overcoming administrative challenges at the local level, encouraging inter-municipal cooperation, and promoting balanced regional development of the country.
Views were exchanged on ways to strengthen integrity systems at the local and national levels - areas in which the Ministry works jointly with the National Democratic Institute (NDI) through the "Communities with Integrity" project.
The conversation also touched upon the working visit to Washington and the meetings held within its framework.
