Minister Perinski, as the head of the Macedonian delegation, participated in the World Urban Forum 13, one of the most important global events dedicated to the future of cities, local development, and the creation of sustainable and resilient communities. 
The forum, organized by UN-Habitat, represent a global platform where the most important issues related to urbanization, housing, climate challenges, infrastructure development, and policies that directly affect the quality of life of citizens are discussed. 
At the very beginning of the forum, together with more than 100 ministers and heads of national delegations, he addressed to the opening of the event, in the section was foreseen for ministerial addresses, dedicated to the topic "Housing the World: Safe and Resilient Cities and Communities".
