A workshop is being held today in the Municipality of Prilep as part of the Resource Center’s group service delivery, aimed at supporting municipalities in preparing strategic documents for local economic development. The workshop caters to four planning regions, covering a total of 11 municipalities.
These activities are being carried out based on an analysis of municipal needs; the workshops aim to help municipalities lay the groundwork for preparing strategic documents by analyzing local conditions, available data, potential, and development priorities.
