The two cross-border cooperation structures responsible for the implementation of the IPA III Cross-Border Cooperation Programme North Macedonia–Albania, the Ministry of Local Self-Government (MoLSG) and the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination (SASPAC), with the aim of fostering broader neighbourly relations among residents and strengthening cooperation between institutions and organisations not directly involved in the current programme priorities, and in order to enhance the inclusiveness of the Programme and increase its overall impact in the eligible area, have, within the framework of the Programme’s Technical Assistance, provided support for the funding of small cross-border initiatives in the programme area, referred to as “People-to-People” CBC initiatives.
For this purpose, this Call for Proposals is hereby launched.
Deadline for submitting applications is 17.04.2026
