The Ministry of Local Self-Government, as the National Authority of the INTERREG VI-A IPA Programme Republic of Bulgaria and Republic of North Macedonia 2021-2027 CCI 2021TC16IPCB006, announces a public call for the following position:
1 (one) expert for infrastructure and monitoring within the INTERREG VI-A IPA Programme Republic of Bulgaria and Republic of North Macedonia CCI 2021TC16IPCB006.
Candidates must submit the following documents:

Motivation letter in English;

Short CV in English;

Copy of university diploma (from the field of architecture, civil engineering, or other studies specified in the Terms of Reference — minimum 240 ECTS, or VII/1 degree);

Copies of original documents confirming the work experience listed in their CV (M1/M2 form or employment contract).
Documents must be submitted to the archive of the Ministry of Local Self-Government at Blvd. "Sv. Kiril i Metodij" 54, Skopje (Nova Makedonija building, 2nd floor).

Interested candidates should submit their application documents no later than March 18, 2025, by 14:00.
Candidates whose applications pass the technical evaluation will be invited to an interview. Each candidate will be scored according to the required qualifications and experience as follows:

Education – max. 30 points;

Relevant work experience – max. 30 points;

Knowledge of English language / procurement and tender procedures – max. 20 points;

Previous experience with supervision/evaluation/reporting on infrastructure projects – 10 points;

Interview performance – 10 points.
