DECISION to annul Decision 11-212/1 dated 24.01.2024

  1. The DECISION to initiate the procedure with a public call for collecting offers to rent business premises for the needs of the Antenna Service of the Joint Secretariat within INTERREG (VI-A) IPA (III) Cross-border Cooperation Program R. Greece - R. North Macedonia 2021-2027 (CCI: 2021TC16IPCB009), 11-212/1 dated 24.01.2024 IS ANNULLED.

  2. The PROCEDURE initiated by Decision 11-212/1 dated 24.01.2024, as well as Decision 11-212/2 dated 07.02.2024 and the accompanying documentation numbered 11-212/3 dated 09.02.2024, 11-212/4 dated 09.02.2024, 11-212/5 dated 26.02.2024, and 11-212/6 dated 26.02.2024, ARE ANNULLED.

  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
