At the meeting, it was emphasized that the activities have already started within the framework of several projects that the Ministry of Local Self-Government is already implementing with UNDP, and in the coming period a more systematic approach is planned in the digitization of internal processes and services in the management of public finances and local taxes and fees. . The goal in the next three years is to create conditions for the coverage of all municipalities, for citizens' access to standardized E-services at the local level through the single portal for E-services, as well as increasing transparency and accountability through the use of e-tools that which enable an inclusive approach and encourage citizen participation.
